I'm encountering an error and reviewing the docs to understand what's happening. Please help me resolve this.

Fix Error with AI Tool

Error Cause​

Invalid environment status or unavailable, CloudBase environment is currently in abnormal state.

Solution​

  1. Check environment status in CloudBase console
  2. Wait for environment initialization or maintenance to complete
  3. Check if service suspension due to arrears
  4. Verify if environment has been paused or deleted
  5. Contact technical support to get environment status details
