Error Cause​

The environment is suspended and services cannot be accessed normally. Possible reasons include:

  1. The environment is suspended due to overdue payment;
  2. The environment is suspended because resource usage exceeds the package limit.

Solution​

  1. Go to CloudBase Console to check environment usage and confirm whether it exceeds the package limit;
  2. Recharge in time or adjust resource usage, and retry the request after the environment is restored.
