Error Cause​

The PostgreSQL database resource has been isolated and cannot be accessed normally. Possible reasons include:

  1. The environment is in arrears, causing the PostgreSQL database resource to be isolated;
  2. The PostgreSQL database instance has expired, causing the resource to be isolated.

Solution​

  1. Go to the CloudBase Console to check the status and usage of the PostgreSQL database instance;
  2. Top up or renew in time, then retry the request after the resource is restored.
