1. Open Hua Tuo Diagnosis System​

First, access the Hua Tuo Diagnosis System at https://ping.huatuo.qq.com/

2. Enter the diagnostic domain name and run the test​

Common Diagnostic Domain Names

  • weda-api.cloud.tencent.com
  • [EnvironmentID].ap-shanghai.tcb-api.tencentcloudapi.com
  • comp-public-1303824488.file.myqcloud.com

3. Waiting for Test Completion​

Wait until all test results for the entered domain names are complete.

4. Take a screenshot and provide the test results share URL​

  1. Use a screenshot tool to capture and save the test results, then send them to the troubleshooting personnel.
  2. Click "Copy Result URL" and send it to the troubleshooting personnel.
