Deliver Logs to CLS

Tencent Cloud Log Service (CLS) provides a one-stop log data solution, supporting capabilities such as log alerting, dashboard analysis, and delivery. CloudBase supports delivering environment logs to CLS for long-term storage and analysis, and also supports delivering them back to CloudBase.

Request to Bind CLS Log Service​

One-Click Delivery​

After obtaining the beta testing qualification, you can click One-Click Delivery to trigger the pop-up window for binding CLS.

Note: After binding, logs will be delivered to CLS and billed separately by CLS. You can also deliver logs back to CloudBase later. See Deliver Logs Back to CloudBase.

Go to CLS Management​

After binding to CLS, a blue banner on the log management page will indicate that logs will be delivered to the CLS Log Service after XX time. Go to the CLS console for analysis.

Deliver Logs Back to CloudBase​

After logs are delivered to CLS, you can still deliver them back to CloudBase:

  1. Sign in to the CloudBase platform and select the target environment.
  2. Select Log Monitoring in the left navigation pane and open the Log Management tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click Deliver back to CloudBase on the log home page and confirm.
Note

Delivering back to CloudBase only applies to logs generated after the switch. Historical logs already delivered to CLS remain available in the CLS console.
