Public Network Access

This page explains how to use Public Network Access.

By default, Public Network Access is enabled for the cloud hosting service. Public Network Access provides a default domain, which does not change with service version updates. We strongly recommend that you configure your own custom domain to avoid the risk of being blocked.

By default, the cloud hosting service does not perform any authentication operations. If authentication is required, please follow the steps below:

  • The service itself implements authentication operations.
  • Bind a custom domain and enable authentication on the custom domain.

Using Public Network Access applies to the following scenarios:

  • Access the cloud hosting service via web pages (accessing via the callContainer method in Mini Programs and WeChat Official Account h5 does not require enabling Public Network Access)
  • Use the curl command to test the service request status.

Enabling/Disabling Public Network Access

You can enable/disable Public Network Access on the service creation page when creating a service.

You can also enable/disable Public Network Access after service creation under Service Details -> Service Settings.
