Command Overview
tcb agent creates, queries, updates, and deletes cloud AI Agents. Each Agent is powered by an HTTP cloud function at the underlying layer, with a default timeout of 7200 seconds.

- Agents run inside an environment, so the commands need
-e/--env-id - After creating one, use
tcb agent detailto confirm the ready state before calling the endpoint tcb agenthas been available since v3.0.0
