Cloud storage files suddenly become inaccessible

When encountering a situation where cloud storage files cannot be accessed, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

  1. Check the cloud storage permission configuration: Ensure the cloud storage permission configuration is correct, especially whether public read access is set. Incorrect permission settings may prevent files from being accessed properly.

  2. Check the CDN Traffic of the CloudBase plan: Go to the CloudBase console to check the CDN traffic usage of your current CloudBase plan. If the CDN traffic is used up, file access may be restricted.

  3. Enable over-limit Pay-As-You-Go billing: If the CDN traffic is indeed exhausted, you can enable over-limit Pay-As-You-Go billing through the following path to continue using cloud storage services:

    • WeChat Developer Tools -> CloudBase Console -> Settings -> Environment Settings -> Pay-As-You-Go Billing

After following the above steps, cloud storage file access issues can usually be resolved. If the problem persists, it is recommended to consult the official WeChat CloudBase documentation or contact technical support for further assistance.
