Billing-related
Will the free tier environment expire?
The free tier is free of charge and provides limited resources. If usage exceeds the limit, the service will be suspended within the current billing cycle (one month), and usage will be reset and recalculated in the next billing cycle.
Will data be deleted immediately upon payment expiration?
After the CloudBase upgrade expires, if you do not manually downgrade to the free tier, your data will be deleted.
How to downgrade to the free tier after resource expiration?
After the prepaid package expires and enters the isolation period, you can only renew it; upgrading or downgrading is not allowed. To downgrade to the free tier, you must do so before expiration and isolation. If it has already entered isolation, you need to renew for one month first, then perform the downgrade, and the fees for unused duration will be refunded.
Does the free environment require manual renewal?
The free environment does not require manual renewal and is automatically renewed by the system.
Will resources be retained after the environment expires?
After expiration, the paid environment enters a 7-day isolation period. During this period, users can renew to recover resources. After the isolation period, the system will destroy the environment, and data cannot be recovered. Therefore, users who wish to retain their data should promptly downgrade to the free tier.
Will the vouchers used be refunded when downgrading and requesting a refund?
Once a voucher is used, it will not be refunded upon requesting a refund.
