Does WeDa support online preview of locally uploaded files?
WeDa currently supports obtaining download links for uploaded files and previewing them directly in the browser. Below is the detailed information:
File Preview Method
Direct Preview: For certain file types, such as PDF, browsers can directly support preview.
Download Link: You can obtain the download link of the file and then open it in the browser.
File Types Not Supported for Direct Preview
For file types not supported for direct preview, such as DOC files, you can consider the following preview methods:
Microsoft Office Web Viewer: Use the online document viewer provided by Microsoft.
ONLYOFFICE: You can deploy ONLYOFFICE Community Edition privately to preview documents.
Future Roadmap
We are also planning to support direct online preview functionality based on COS (Cloud Object Storage).
